Is an online request a confirmed appointment?
No. Apex reviews the vehicle, scope, location, and timing first. The appointment becomes confirmed only after written scope approval and the required cleared deposit.
Does the simulator show exact installed coverage?
It is a planning aid. Panel edges, seams, film patterns, finish, disassembly, eligibility, and final pricing are confirmed after inspection.
Can detailing, correction, PPF, coating, tint, and wrap be combined?
Yes, when the materials and vehicle condition are compatible. Apex sequences the work so one service does not compromise another.
What does a mobile appointment require?
Apex confirms access, lighting, weather protection, power, water, vehicle clearance, and a safe work area before approving the appointment.
Why are website prices listed as starting estimates?
Vehicle size, condition, contamination, previous repairs, coverage, material, access, and finish can change labor and material requirements.
What should I send for the fastest quote?
Submit the VIN year/make/model/trim, your goals, preferred timing, city, and clear front, side, rear, and close-up condition photos.
What is required to reserve an appointment?
A 50% deposit is required after the written scope and price are approved. If you cancel before scheduled work begins, Apex retains half of the deposit and refunds the other half. Once scheduled work begins, the deposit is non-refundable.
