Booking and deposit terms

The online flow creates a request, not an automatic promise that a vehicle, service, date, location, or price has been accepted.

Starting estimates

Website prices are starting estimates based on the package shown. Vehicle size, condition, contamination, modifications, previous repairs, access, coverage, material, finish, disassembly, correction needs, and installation environment can change the final scope and price.

Inspection and written scope

Apex may request additional photos, measurements, an in-person inspection, or a test area. Work proceeds only after compatibility, condition, scope, price, timing, location, and material availability are confirmed in writing.

Required 50% deposit

A deposit equal to 50% of the approved written work order is required to reserve capacity. The deposit is applied to the approved work. A submitted form, online starting estimate, or preferred date alone does not confirm an appointment.

Cancellations and refund eligibility

If the customer cancels before scheduled work begins, 50% of the down payment is eligible for refund and the remaining 50% is retained as the cancellation charge. Once scheduled work begins, the down payment is non-refundable. Any rescheduling treatment, special-order material charge, completed preparation, no-show charge, unsafe-access condition, or unsuitable mobile-service condition must be stated in the approved work order.

Vehicle condition and results

Customer-provided information must be accurate and should disclose repairs, repainting, coatings, wraps, film, damage, electrical modifications, warning lights, leaks, and other conditions that could affect the work. Simulators and screen colors are planning aids and do not guarantee the installed appearance.

Mobile-service conditions

Apex may postpone or decline work when weather, lighting, temperature, dust, wind, power, water, access, clearance, safety, permission, or the work area is unsuitable for the requested service.

Owner policy: a 50% down payment is required. Cancellation before scheduled work begins makes 50% of that down payment refundable; the other 50% is retained.
