Privacy notice
This notice explains the current website workflow. It should be reviewed with qualified counsel before final custom-domain launch.
Information collected
The booking form may collect your name, email, phone, contact preference, vehicle year/make/model/trim/color, service interests, requested location and timing, notes, uploaded vehicle photographs, consent choices, and booking/payment status.
How it is used
Apex uses the information to evaluate vehicle compatibility and condition, prepare estimates and work orders, contact you about the request, take a required reservation deposit, schedule approved work, prevent fraud, maintain records, improve service, and send marketing only when you separately opt in.
Payments
Payment entry is handled by Square- or PayPal-hosted checkout after activation. American Apex does not intentionally store full card numbers, security codes, or PayPal login credentials on this website.
Vehicle media, AI Surface Fit, and service records
Simulator walkaround video and photos remain in your browser unless you choose AI Surface Fit or continue with a quote request. When you run AI Surface Fit, eight compressed review anchors are sent to OpenAI to create a preliminary visible-surface proposal; the request is made with response storage disabled. OpenAI's applicable API security and abuse-monitoring practices may still apply. When you continue with a quote, selected vehicle images and the proposal may be sent to Apex for final review and booking records. Apex will not treat an upload as permission to publish it in advertising; promotional use requires separate approval.
Apex Garage and account access
When you sign in, the site uses your authenticated email to show only vehicle and booking records associated with that exact address. Do not share your account session. Contact Apex if a booking was submitted with a different email.
Analytics and advertising
Essential storage supports the booking flow. Optional analytics and advertising measurement should load only after you choose “Allow analytics” and verified provider accounts are connected. You can clear the saved choice in your browser storage to choose again.
Sharing and retention
Information may be processed by hosting, storage, payment, communications, calendar, analytics, and service providers needed to operate the workflow. Apex should retain it only as long as reasonably necessary for the booking, legal, accounting, safety, warranty, and customer-service purposes that apply.
